The story is inspired by the life of surfer Jay Moriarity real phenomenon. When 15 years old Jay finds that myth Mavericks surf break, one of the largest waves on Earth, is not only true, but only exists in Santa Cruz miles from home, he took the help of local legend Frosty Hesson to train him to survive it. As Jay and Frosty start their mission to make the impossible, they form a special friendship that may change their lives, and, in their mission to tame the Mavericks back more than surfing.
