The film is about the legend that was started by the people in the city of Cold Rock. Since children in the city have been lost, people have said the device known as The Tall Man who has taken them. Julia Denning (Jessica Biel) is a local nurse whose husband passed away years earlier. He is personally involved with her as soon as taken. He tried to keep track of where the child is taken, but found that there is more to what happened than he knew. Cities who began to turn on him and the truth comes out. But theres still more to the story - the Tall Man? And what is the truth behind the disappearance?
